Conditions subscriptions 2019 Walibi Holland

These are the conditions of subscriptions of Walibi Holland B.V. (hereinafter: Walibi Holland).

The buyer: the buyer is either a consumer or a professional buyer. A consumer is understood to mean: a person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business. The professional buyer is defined as any person who does not fall under the definition of consumer. The 'Distance Selling Act' does not apply to the professional buyer.

GENERAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • A subscription is strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • Walibi Holland has the right to ask for an identification at the entrance of the park.
  • After receipt of payment, the subscription will be sent to the buyer by post as soon as possible. The deadline for delivery is 30 days. During this period, the purchase confirmation will serve as the admission ticket. Subscriptions purchased in the winter period from 2018 (October to February) will be sent in March 2019 at the latest.
  • The buyer must provide complete and correct information. Providing incorrect or incomplete data may lead to the subscription being blocked.
  • The season ticket holder must present the season ticket at the entrance to the park to the employee at the entrance to the season ticket.
  • The subscription passes may not be folded or damaged. If the pass is seriously damaged, access to the park may be refused.
  • The season ticket holder can purchase a parking pass against payment of €17. The parking pass gives the possibility to use the parking lot for one car per day, only in combination with a visit to the park during the regular opening hours. The parking season ticket is valid until 27 October 2019.
  • The season tickets are only valid during the normal opening hours of Walibi Holland and during Halloween Fright Nights. Outside the regular season, the subscriptions are not valid.
  • Walibi Holland reserves the right to change opening days and/or times during the season. No refund scheme applies.
  • It is not possible to terminate the subscription prematurely, the buyer is not entitled to a refund.
  • If the pass is lost, the subscriber can request a new pass at Walibi Holland's Group Cash Register. An administration fee of €7.50 will be charged for this. The old pass is immediately invalid and the new pass can be used immediately. In order to replace the pass, the subscriber must be present and be able to present a valid identity document.
  • If a season ticket holder forgets his/her pass, he/she can only gain access to the park when the old pass is immediately replaced by a new pass. The costs for this are €7.50. In order to replace the pass, the season ticket holder must be present and present a valid identity document.
  • In case of improper use of the subscription Walibi has the right to take the pass and block the subscription and the buyer has no right to a refund.
  • In connection with the safety of guests, Walibi Holland reserves the right to close its doors in the event of large numbers of visitors, this also applies to subscribers. Walibi Holland accepts no liability for any (travel) costs incurred.

WALIBI PASS

  • A subscription is valid throughout the 2019 season (from 6 April to 27 October 2019).

WALIBI FRIENDS PASS

  • A subscription is valid throughout the 2019 season (from 6 April to 27 October 2019).
  • Minimum 3 passes per order.
  • It is not possible to add passes later to an already ordered order.

WALIBI FAMILY PASS

  • A subscription is valid throughout the 2019 season (from 6 April to 27 October 2019).
  • The Walibi Family pass is only valid for one or two parents plus all unmarried children under 21 living at home. Maximum five persons. The sixth family member or more pays an extra € 40 per person. Adding an extra family member for 40 euros can be done at the Group cash register at the park. Unfortunately this is not possible online.

CONDITIONS OF DISCOUNTS ON OTHER PARKS

  • Apenheul: discount (50%) valid once on regular opening days in the 2019 season of Apenheul (from 30 March to 3 November 2019). Request your discount code here. Discount from 2 years.
  • Slagharen: discount (50%) valid indefinitely on regular opening days in the 2019 season of Slagharen (from 6 April to 5 January 2019. Discount valid from 3 years.
  • Movie Park Germany: discount (50%) only valid on adult fare. Indefinitely valid on regular opening days in season 2019 of Movie Park Germany (from 29 March to 3 November 2019). Excluding special events days (19, 26 and 31 October and 2 November 2019). Discount from 4 years.
  • Parc Astérix, France Miniature, Walibi Rhône-Alpes, Walibi Belgium, Aqualibi, Bellewaerde, Chaplin's World, Futuroscope en Grévin: discount (50%) valid indefinitely on the regular opening days of these parks in the 2019 season (click on a specific park to see the opening calendars). Excluding special events days.
  • Toverland: discount (20%) valid indefinitely on regular opening days in the 2019 season of Toverland (from 30 March to 3 November 2019). Discount valid for persons with a minimum length of 120 cm.
  • Wunderland Kalkar: discount (50%) valid once on regular opening days in the 2019 season of Wunderland Kalkar (from 19 April to 27 October 2019). Discount is only valid at the cash desk, on presentation of a valid Walibi subscription and valid proof of identity. Children up to the age of 2 have free entry.
