At the moment we have a technical malfunction and it is not possible to book tickets or an overnight stay. We are working on a solution

Visitors with disabilities

Many attractions and facilities at Walibi Holland are accessible to our disabled guests.

Update COVID-19

In consultation with the safety regions, Walibi Holland will reopen its gates on 25 May 2020. To ensure a safe day out for our visitors, we have taken various measures on and around the park. It is mandatory to make a reservation for your day of visit, even if, for example, you already have an undated in your possession. This is possible from 20 May 2020 at 09:00. See the page Measures COVID-19 for more information. Do you have questions about your purchased ticket or subscription? Read the frequently asked questions and their answers in this FAQ.

There are also special facilities in the amusement park, such as adapted toilets. Are you coming with a group of 10 or more disabled people? Then make use of our special rates for disabled persons.

Disabled persons rates are only valid from 10 paying persons. To make use of the group rates, you need to book at least 5 working days before your visit.

Ask the Guest Service for an access tape. This bracelet entitles you to use the disabled facilities in Walibi with an accompanying person during your visit to the park. You are only entitled to an admission ticket if you demonstrate that this arrangement is necessary for you. This can be done by showing a valid doctor's certificate (maximum 2 years old). This declaration is from an independent doctor, stating that you are not able to visit the park and/or attractions without help. Walibi requests this declaration, because visitors with less visible disabilities (such as autism) are also covered by this regulation and our staff cannot and may not make the assessment themselves.

During festivals or very busy days there is a maximum of use of this regulation. So there is a maximum number of attractions where you are allowed to use the attractions via the exit.

Through the shop Sunset Souvenirs you can get a wheelchair. A deposit of € 1.00 is required. Wheelchairs cannot be reserved.

Guide dog / Assistance dog

A disabled visitor may visit Walibi Holland with a guide dog for the blind or a assistance dog.

In the park there are adapted toilets for the disabled, these toilets are located:

  • In W.A.B Club
  • In Donut Factory
  • Left behind the Hacienda (next to the men's toilet)
  • In W.A.B Shop (shop in the Hall of Fame)
  • At Cock-a-doodle-doo
  • In the toilet block at Lost Gravity

We have put together a number of menus especially for large groups. You make your choice and receive vouchers. The group members can then hand these in at the indicated catering location. Ask for the possibilities.

We like to take care of the catering. From breakfast to lunch to dinner. There is a choice of different arrangements. Ask for the possibilities.

Will rent

Would you like to gather your group somewhere to eat or discuss something? Then rent one of our theme rooms. Ask for the possibilities.
