Everyone who works at Walibi has to deal with the Human Resources department. The Human Resources department takes care of recruitment & selection, drawing up employment contracts, salary payments, work clothing and provides training.
The planner takes care of the long-term schedules, day schedules and repayment schedules and communicates these to the employees and managers. The planning ensures the best possible occupancy. In addition, the planner keeps track of sickness and improvement reports and takes care of their registration. They also have a monitoring role in relation to time registration, in connection with the Working Hours Act and the department's budgets.
