The general conditions of sale of Walibi Holland

By placing a reservation you agree to the General Conditions of Sale and park regulations of Walibi Holland. The park regulations are available for inspection at the park entrance and can also be read at www.walibi.nl. Walibi Holland's Terms and Conditions of Sale can be downloaded below for free:

Group reservations including catering arrangements

By placing a reservation you agree to the General Conditions of Sale, the Uniform Conditions of Hospitality (UVH) and the park regulations of Walibi Holland. The park regulations are available for inspection at the park entrance and can also be read at www.walibi.nl. The Terms and Conditions of Sale, the UVH and the park regulations of Walibi Holland will be sent free of charge upon request.

Reservations

It is possible to book a group arrangement with a minimum of 20 paying persons. If you end up arriving with fewer people, the minimum number of 20 people will still be charged. We request that you inform us of any diets at least 21 calendar days before the date of your visit. 

Deposit

After signing the order confirmation, a deposit of 75% of the total amount must be paid. You will receive an invoice for the remaining 25% after your visit, unless the balance is paid at the box office on the date of visit.

The following conditions apply to cancellations:
  • If you cancel 1 month to 14 calendar days prior to the date of visit, Walibi Holland will charge 50% of the entire reservation value. 
  • If you cancel entirely within 14 calendar days prior to the date of visit or fail to appear on the reserved day, Walibi Holland will charge 100% of the entire reservation value. 
  • For changes within 14 calendar days, the original reservation value will be charged. 
Changes
  • Up to 21 calendar days before the date of visit, a maximum of 10% deviation from the signed offer is allowed.
  • The final number of persons must be communicated to Walibi Holland no later than 21 calendar days prior to the date of visit.
