Did you receive an unique code? Then follow the steps below to redeem your unique code, reserve your day and enjoy a day of GETTING THE RUSH at Walibi Holland!

Please note: before you go ahead with the following steps, do you know when you want to visit Walibi? You will use your unique code for a ticket by date! You can't change this code after you've completed your order, so check the opening hours first!

REDEEM YOUR CODE

Follow these steps to convert your unique code to a day of visit.

  1. Tick below that you agree with the measures on the park. Click on the button that appears.
  2. Enter your unique code. 
  3. Select a ticket and the date on which you want to visit Walibi. Is this day not listed? Then it is possible that this day is not available because a special event is taking place. Unfortunately, you cannot make a reservation for this day.
  4. Complete your order. You will receive your ticket(s) by e-mail.
  5. Did you receive multiple unique codes? Then follow these steps again!

Further important information

  • A unique code is valid once for the number of tickets mentioned on your voucher and loses its validity after completing the ordering process, as described above. If you leave the ordering process prematurely, you can use the unique code again.
  • After filling in your unique code, choose a day that you want to visit Walibi. Is your favorite day not available? It is possible that Walibi is closed on that day or that you cannot use your code to redeem a ticket for that day. Choose another day! 
  • A unique code can only be redeemed for a ticket on a date for a regular opening day within the validity period as indicated on your voucher. All Halloween Fright Nights dates are excluded. Also excluded is participation in Walibi Play activities on 13,14 and 15 May 2022. 
  • After redeeming a unique code for a date ticket, it is not possible to change the date of the ticket. 
  • It is not possible to extend the validity of a unique code.
