Questions by topic

  • A maximum of four people can stay in the four-person accommodations. A maximum of seven people can stay in the seven-person accommodations, a maximum of eight people can stay in the eight-person accommodations and a maximum of sixteen people can stay in Villa Walibi. Babies and children also count as people. That means you are not allowed to stay in a four-person accommodation with four adults and a baby.

  • The principal booker has to be 21 or over and be present for the entire duration of your stay.

  • No. The principal booker is liable to pay for any damage to the accommodation or its inventory.

  • If you wish to change your personal information, please send an email to reservering@walibivillage.nl.

  • You can change the name on your reservation if it was made directly via our website. If you wish to do so, please send an email to reservering@walibivillage.nl. Note that we will charge an administrative fee of €9.95 for this.

  • It is not possible for a company to book accommodation for its employees. Are you interested in a company outing? We are happy to help you with a tailor-made offer. You can call 0321 - 32 99 99 (option 2) or send an email to sales@walibiholland.nl.

  • Only cancellations submitted via email will be processed. Send an email to reservering@walibivillage.nl.

  • Requests for large groups or events are handled by our Sales department (sales@walibiholland.nl).

  • If you have a discount code for Walibi Village, you can enter it during the reservation process. Note that the discount does not apply to any existing reservations!

  • We have one accommodation that is suitable for people with a physical disability.

  • Yes, we offer cribs for rent for €7.50 per day.

  • You can change the date of your reservation if it was made directly via our website. If you wish to do so, please send an email to reservering@walibivillage.nl, so we can check the availability of your preferred date. Note that we will charge an administrative fee of €25 for this. In case of a price difference between the old and new reservation, the following applies: in case of a higher price, the difference will be charged to you. In case of a lower price, the difference will not be refunded to you. So, keep in mind that the price when rebooking remains the same or is higher. Reservations made via our partners are subject to different terms and conditions. Please contact the partner in question for more information.

  • If a member of your group has symptoms related to the coronavirus, you cannot visit Walibi Village. You can change the date of your reservation to a later date in the same year. Note that we will charge a € 25.00 administrative fee to process any changes. All cancellations are subject to the Recron terms and conditions.

  • Please consult the Recron terms and conditions for more information.

  • Our goal is to personally check in all our guests. In exceptional cases, it is possible to arrive outside the opening hours of our reception desk. Let us know beforehand if you wish to make use of this option. Note that this is only possible if all fees have been paid in advance.

  • Did you book directly via the Walibi website? Then you also have access to the park for one day with one overnight stay. The other days you can buy extra entrance tickets with a discount at the reception.

    Did you make a reservation through an external partner? Then check the conditions with the relevant partner.

    NB! Always check the opening calendar for the opening days and times of Walibi Holland.

  • You can pick up your tickets at the reception desk of Walibi Village from 09:00.

  • There is a luggage storage area at the reception desk. Note: Space in the luggage storage area is limited and cannot be booked in advance. If the luggage storage area is full, you can store your luggage in the wardrobe in the Lounge.  Note: there is no security in the wardrobe, so leaving your belongings is done at your own risk.

  • You can collect the key from 12 noon on the day of arrival at the reception of Walibi Village. The accommodation is ready from 4 pm. The key cards will not work on the bungalow until then.

  • Walibi Village is located in the heart of the province of Flevoland, right next to Walibi Holland. The local environment has many other attractions and sights to offer. Here are just a few examples:

    • The Spijkbos.
    • The Veluwemeer and its beaches are located twenty minutes away on foot. You can go surfing, sailing, water skiing, fishing and more.
    • There are various hiking and cycling routes around the Veluwemeer.
    • The Dolfinarium in Harderwijk.
    • The many cafés and restaurants in Elburg and Harderwijk.
    • The Bataviawerf or Bataviastad in Lelystad.
    • The Aviodrome in Lelystad.

  • We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation in a clean state, take out your waste and wash your dishes before you go.

    If you neglect to leave the accommodation in a clean state or if you caused any damage, the principal booker will be liable to pay the additional costs/damages.

  • You must vacate your accommodation before 10:00.

  • Various pots and pans, cutlery, tableware, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, laundry rack, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave (no oven), flat-screen TV, among other things. For the complete inventory of our accommodations, go to the Walibi Village page. 

  • Bed linens for the specified number of guests are included (excluding bed linens for cribs). Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive additional bed linens for cribs. Your beds will be made for you when you arrive. Towels and kitchen towels can be reserved for €4.00 per set.

  • Yes, you can, although we do not offer any barbecues for rent. Note: you are not allowed to place your barbecue on the picnic bench outside your accommodation.

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to have letters or packages delivered.

  • Pets are not allowed in Walibi Village or in Walibi Holland. The only exception is made for service dogs.

  • No, smoking is not allowed inside our accommodations.

  • If the maximum number of guests in your accommodation has not been reached yet, this is possible if you pay the required tourist tax. You must always inform the reception desk about your guest(s)'s arrival. Your guest(s) will also receive one free ticket to Walibi Holland.

  • You can park your car on the grounds of Walibi Village in the central parking area for your type of accommodation. Parking is free. On the day of your departure, you can leave your car in the parking area all day if you e.g. want to visit Walibi Holland one more time. Parking near the accommodations is not allowed, except when loading and unloading your belongings.

  • There are no separate bins for glass, paper or organic waste. There are four large waste containers on the park. Two of these are located near the four-person accommodations, the others are located near the seven- and eight-person accommodations. We kindly ask you to properly dispose of all your waste before you leave.

  • Do you want to charge your electric car during your stay? Charging spaces for electric cars are available in the parking lot at the 4-person bungalows. The charging station works with almost all charging cards. It is also possible to pay via the QR code on the charging station with a debit/credit card.

  • Yes, you can drive into and out of the park at any time. The keycard that you use to open the door of your accommodation also serves as the key to raise the barrier.

  • For security reasons, Walibi Village is PIN only. Payment at the reception and the park shop is of course possible with a debit card (Maestro/V-pay) or with a credit card (Mastercard/Visa).

  • No, these are not allowed.

  • You are not allowed to receive any visitors if the maximum number of guests in the accommodation has been reached. This also goes for visitors who are only staying for the day.

  • If you break anything, we ask that you inform the reception desk as soon as possible. We will then determine whether there are any costs involved.

  • Access to the indoor swimming pool is included in the stay. The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. There is no supervision and entry is at your own risk. The bungalow key cards are also the pool access cards. You need € 0.50 cents to use the lockers.

  • At the moment we do not offer a breakfast buffet. However, it is possible to order fresh sandwiches (a day in advance) and buy fillings in our mini market.

  • At the moment it is not possible to come and eat in the evening. We are happy to give you tips for restaurants in the area.

  • You can rent a bike from the reception desk in Walibi Village. Electric bikes are available upon request.

  • You can always order freshly baked rolls from the reception a day in advance. These will then be waiting for you the next morning.

    The range also includes milk, eggs, cheese, sweet spreads, crisps, biscuits, coffee, tea, toilet paper, garbage bags and nice souvenirs. The opening hours are the same as those of the reception.

  • Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the park.

  • Would you like to pick up food? Please inquire at the front desk if this is possible!
