VIRTUAL QUEUE

Let your smartphone stand in line for you!

Have you ever been waiting in line, only to suddenly get incredibly thirsty or need to go to the bathroom? With the virtual queue, you can reserve a seat on your favourite participating ride and let your smartphone stand in line for you. In the meantime, you can enjoy those delicious (vegetarian) Loaded Fries or go on a different ride that does not offer a virtual queue. The timer on your smartphone tells you exactly when it's your turn to ride. When it hits zero, you simply show the QR code on your phone to the employee attending the ride. You will then only have to stand in the physical queue for a brief moment! You can easily use the virtual queue via the app or via www.walibivirtuelewachtrij.nl.  

The virtual queue is available for the following rides: UNTAMED, Lost Gravity, Speed of Sound, Xpress: Platform 13, Condor, Goliath, Crazy River, Space Shot and El Rio Grande.

USE THE WALIBI APP

The best way to make use of the virtual queue

Get the most out of your visit to Walibi with the Walibi app! Among other things, the app shows you the current queue times for the different rides in the park. You can easily find the ride you want with the interactive park map. You can browse the menus of the different restaurants and food stands to find out exactly where to get the most delicious doughnut of your life. You can easily reserve your place in the virtual queue. Download the app now for IOS or Android. 

Downlaod Walibi App

Using the virtual queue is easy with the Walibi app. If you can't or don't want to use the Walibi app, you can use the website www.walibivirtuelewachtrij.nl instead. Whichever method you prefer, you can enter the virtual queue by completing a few simple steps: 

  1. Scan your ticket at the turnstiles at Walibi Holland's entrance;  
  2. Once you enter the park, go to www.walibivirtuelewachtrij.nl or log in easily via the Walibi app;   
  3. Log in or create your account. It is important to use the same email address that you used to purchase your ticket/season ticket;  
  4. In the menu, select “Activate tickets”;  
  5. Scan your ticket's QR code or enter the digits underneath the barcode on your ticket. If you have a season ticket, enter your season ticket code instead.    
  6. You now have access to the virtual queue! Take a look at the available rides and decide which one you want to go on first! Have fun!
