Conditions subscriptions

Walibi Holland

These are the conditions of subscriptions of Walibi Holland B.V. (hereinafter: Walibi Holland).

The buyer: the buyer is either a consumer or a professional buyer. A consumer is understood to mean: a person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business. The professional buyer is defined as any person who does not fall under the definition of consumer. The 'Distance Selling Act' does not apply to the professional buyer.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • A subscription is strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • Walibi Holland has the right to ask for an identification at the entrance of the park.
  • After receipt of payment, the subscription will be sent to the buyer by post as soon as possible. The deadline for delivery is 30 days. During this period, the purchase confirmation will serve as the admission ticket. Subscriptions purchased in the winter period from 2019 (November to February) will be sent in March 2020 at the latest, before the opening of the park.
  • The buyer must provide complete and correct information. Providing incorrect or incomplete data may lead to the subscription being blocked.
  • The season pass holder must present the season ticket at the entrance to the park to the employee at the entrance to the season ticket.
  • The subscription passes may not be folded or damaged. If the pass is seriously damaged, access to the park may be refused.
  • The season pass holder can purchase a parking pass against payment of €25. The parking pass gives the possibility to use the parking lot for one car per day, only in combination with a visit to the park during the regular opening hours. The parking season ticket is valid until 1 November 2020.
  • The subscription is valid on the regular opening days during season 2020 including the events LEKKERGAAN, Halloween Spooky Days and Halloween Fright Nights.  
  • The subscription is not valid during other events organized in Walibi Holland, if otherwise indicated;
  • Walibi Holland reserves the right to change opening days, opening times and conditions during the season. No refund scheme applies. Check here for the regular opening days.
  • During the season, additional conditions may be communicated. This is done through our official channels.
  • It is not possible to terminate the subscription prematurely, the buyer is not entitled to a refund.
  • If the pass is lost, the subscriber can request a new pass at Walibi Holland's Group Cash Register. An administration fee of €7.50 will be charged for this. The old pass is immediately invalid and the new pass can be used immediately. In order to replace the pass, the subscriber must be present and be able to present a valid identity document.
  • If a season ticket holder forgets his/her pass, he/she can only gain access to the park when the old pass is immediately replaced by a new pass. The costs for this are €7.50. In order to replace the pass, the season ticket holder must be present and present a valid identity document.
  • In case of improper use of the subscription Walibi has the right to take the pass and block the subscription and the buyer has no right to a refund.
  • In connection with the safety of guests, Walibi Holland reserves the right to close its doors in the event of large numbers of visitors, this also applies to subscribers. Walibi Holland accepts no liability for any (travel) costs incurred.

WALIBI PASS

  • A subscription is valid during regular opening days in season 2020 (from 25 May to 1 November 2020) including the events Halloween Spooky Days and Halloween Fright Nights. Other events are excluded. 

WALIBI FRIENDS PASS

  • A subscription is valid during regular opening days in season 2020 (from 25 May to 1 November 2020) including the events Halloween Spooky Days and Halloween Fright Nights. Other events are excluded. 
  • Minimum 3 passes per order.
  • It is not possible to add passes later to an already ordered order.
  • The card holders do not necessarily have to be friends of each other. The discount applies to everyone who buys 3 passes at the same time.

WALIBI FAMILY PASS

  • A subscription is valid during regular opening days in season 2020 (from 25 May to 1 November 2020) including the events Halloween Spooky Days and Halloween Fright Nights. Other events are excluded. 
  • The Walibi Family pass is only valid for one or two parents plus all unmarried children under 21 living at home. Maximum five persons. The sixth family member or more pays an extra € 40 per person. Adding an extra family member for 40 euros can be done at the Group cash register at the park. Unfortunately this is not possible online.

DISCOUNT IN WALIBI HOLLAND

  • On presentation of your valid Walibi subscription you will receive a 10% discount on Horeca and Retail excluding paid attractions, cigarettes and alcohol. The discount is not valid in combination with other promotions and discounts within Walibi Holland.

CONDITIONS OF DISCOUNTS ON OTHER PARKS

Because of the current situation we have decided together with the participating parks that the discount on tickets for other parks will be cancelled.
