2. What data do we collect?

Walibi Holland may collect personal data in various categories. This depends on the type of service or product you purchase, which may be:

a. General contact details

For example, Walibi Holland can collect your name, gender date of birth or the country you live in.

b. Information about purchases

When you buy an entrance ticket, take out a subscription or book a stay with us, we process this information. This information contains information about the product(s) or service(s) you have purchased.

c. Information for the application process at Walibi Holland

If you apply for a job or internship at Walibi Holland, we can ask you for personal data during this process. For example, your work history but also general contact details.

d. Visual material

For security reasons Walibi Holland has video cameras throughout the park and Walibi Village. Also at some attractions pictures of the visitor are taken, these are used for commercial purposes. In addition, the images associated with subscriptions are stored.

When you log in with a social network account (for example Instagram or Facebook) on one of our services, we may receive information about your social network profile such as contact details and interests. When you use our website or app, we may record your IP address, operating system, browser type, purchasing behavior, and transaction information.

By means of Google Analytics, anonymised data is collected on our website(s) about your surfing behaviour. This data gives us insights about the visitors and how you use the website. Based on this information we make decisions to optimize the website. In order to carry out this processing properly, we have concluded a processing agreement with Google and we have switched off all possibilities that Google offers to share data.

If you do not want your data to be sent to Google Analytics, you can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This add-on prevents the Javascript code (s) of Google Analytics (eg analytics.js, ga.js and dc.js) on the website are performed.

When you send Walibi Holland a message via social media or an e-mail, we record this communication. Also when you call us we record your questions and/or complaints in our database. In addition, we can record the telephone calls for training purposes or to prevent and/or combat fraud.

Walibi Holland can obtain your personal data in various ways. For example, when you buy an entrance ticket from us or take out a subscription. But also when you apply to us, subscribe to our newsletter or communicate with us via social media.
