How does it work?

We will explain to you step by step how YOY Guarantee works.
Please note: there are separate Guarantee tickets for Chill and Thrill, so choose in advance which one you want!

  • 1. Reserve a time slot Purchase a YOY Guarantee ticket (€2.50) on the website for a 15-minute time slot.
  • 2. Arrive on time Go to the YOY entrance within the reserved time slot and have the barcode scanned.
  • 3. Get on board, EN-YOY the ride Guaranteed access to the chosen side (Chill or Thrill).

Important Information

  • YOY Guarantee Tickets are no longer for sale – It is no longer necessary to purchase YOY Guarantee Tickets to ensure access to YOY. Already bought YOY Guarantee Tickets? They are still valid on your visit day at the indicated time slot.
  • Being on time is mandatory – Late arrival results in forfeited access, with no refund.
  • One ticket per ride – A YOY Guarantee ticket grants access to one ride. Experiencing both sides requires separate YOY Guarantee tickets for Chill and Thrill.
  • YOY Guarantee is not an entrance ticket – It only guarantees access to the YOY attraction. A separate entrance ticket is needed to visit Walibi.
