On days when Walibi Holland is open, you can reach us via WhatsApp from 9:30 AM until closing time, including weekends. On days when the park is closed, we are available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

On weekdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and on weekends and public holidays from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM. On days when the park is closed, you can reach us by phone from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Due to longer waiting times on the phone, we recommend contacting us by email. Please include your order number and, if applicable, your confirmation. This helps us assist you more quickly.
