Visitors with disabilities during Halloween

Walibi Holland wants guests with disabilities to have a frightfully fun and safe day out during Halloween Fright Nights too. That’s why several accessibility facilities are available, including accessible toilets, disabled parking spaces and a special arrangement for visiting rides.

Would you like to use the accessibility arrangement? Before your visit, please check whether you meet the conditions below. Do you have any questions or are you unsure whether you are eligible? Please contact us in advance at info@walibiholland.nl. This way, you’ll know exactly what to expect on the day of your visit.

You can use the accessibility arrangement if at least one of the following situations applies to you:

• You have a visible disability or impairment.
• You have a valid European Disability Parking Card.
• You use a guide dog or assistance dog.
• You have a doctor’s statement confirming that you are unable to wait in the regular queue.*

We do not ask for medical information or details about the nature of your disability. A doctor’s statement is required because our employees do not have the medical expertise to determine whether someone is able to use the regular queue. The statement therefore only needs to confirm that you are unable to wait in the regular queue. The medical cause or nature of your disability does not need to be stated. The statement may be no more than two years old.

The accessibility arrangement does not give you priority or a shorter waiting time. You do not have to wait in the regular queue, but you will need to wait elsewhere in the park for the current waiting time. Once this waiting time has passed, you can access the ride via the special entrance.

During Halloween Fright Nights, each guest using the accessibility arrangement may bring a maximum of one companion through the special entrance. This companion must be at least 16 years old and 1.40 metres tall.

Companions do not receive free admission or a discount and must always have a valid admission ticket for the park.

Would more people in your group like to use the accessibility arrangement together? They can consider purchasing Fast Lane Bronze.

Guests using the accessibility arrangement can use the RIP entrance at a Haunted House. Every visitor, including the companion, must have a valid ticket and time slot for the relevant Haunted House.

Unfortunately, the Haunted Houses are not wheelchair accessible.

Due to safety regulations, your disability may mean that you are unable to use certain rides. The accessibility arrangement therefore does not automatically provide access to every ride.

Please note: wheelchairs are not available to rent on Halloween Fright Nights days. Please take this into account when preparing for your visit.

Guests with disabilities are welcome to visit the park with a guide dog or assistance dog. Additional safety requirements may apply depending on the ride or location.
