  • Per 25 February 2022, no additional corona measures apply for recreational activities and outings. However, we do advise guests to follow the basic recommendations so we can all keep enjoying our days out, just like before! We advise reading the basic recommendations as a precautionary measure.

  • No, there are no restrictions for the number of visitors who may enter the park. Note that you may be unable to reserve tickets for a given day online. Walibi may be closed or we may expect a high number of visitors on that day. For the perfect GET THE RUSH experience, we recommend visiting the park on a different day. 

  • Yes! Walibi Holland can be reached via public transport from Harderwijk train station with bus line 247 (Walibi Express). Check out OV9292 for the current bus schedule. 

  • No, a negative test result is not required in order to visit the park. Nor do you have to show a COVID certificate upon entering the park.

  • No, you are no longer required to wear a face mask in the park.

  • Walibi Holland will open its gates on 7 April 2023.

  • Yes, you do! Ask your employer what you need to do to get your discount! 

  • Yes, it is! However, be mindful of the national corona measures when making your travel arrangements.

  • There is no minimum age requirement to visit the park. Note that anyone under 120 cm cannot go on certain rides by themselves. They can go on these rides if they are accompanied by an adult. Check the rides to see what the height requirements are for the rides in Walibi Holland.

  • You can rent a locker at the Sunset Souvenirs store. The lockers cost €5 for a medium and €7 for a large locker per day. Through a QR code you can book the lockers online and pay online. This QR code is valid for 1 day.

  • Yes, there are. For safety and hygiene purposes, adults and children alike are required to wear shoes, (short) pants and a T-shirt

  • We updated the look and feel of Zero Zone over the winter. This is part of the Festivalization project that began in 2018. 

  • No, pets cannot come into the park. The only exceptions are made for seeing-eye dogs and service dogs. Note that service animals must be clearly identified as such.

  • No, skates, rollerskates, skateboards, scooters, bicycles and other vehicles are not allowed in the park.

  • Walibi Holland would like to hear your feedback. We will do everything we can to make sure you have an unforgettable day. If you do not feel the same, we would very much appreciate it if you would let us know. You can send your complaint, tip, compliment or suggestion to info@walibiholland.nl or submit it via the following page.

  • The pick-up and drop-off location is on Walibi Holland's main parking area. Follow the special pick-up and drop-off lane. You will receive a special parking ticket that you can use to leave the parking area within the next hour. In the parking area. Follow the instructions on the signs and those given to you by parking staff.

  • Walibi can be reached by Walibi Express. Check 9292 for the actual times or visit our own trip planner.

  • If you would like to receive an information brochure or a map of Walibi Holland, you can send a request via email. Send your request to info@walibiholland.nl. We will send you the requested information as soon as possible. Remember to include your name, address, city, telephone number and e-mail address.

  • Did you lose something during your visit to Walibi Holland? You can easily look for your lost item via iLost and have it sent back to you. Have you found your lost item? Respond to the image and say that you want to pick up your item or have it sent to you.

  • Yes, there are ATM's at the following locations: Hall of Fame and Guest Service.

  • If you purchased an undated ticket at a reduced rate during a discount (f.e. during Black Friday or Valentine), you will need to convert this undated ticket in a dated ticket. Use the following link to do this: https://www.walibi.nl/nl/tickets-omwisselen.

    If you purchased an undated ticket on our site for 42.50 euro, then you don't need to reserve a date in advance. With these tickets you can come visit the part on any date, except during Halloween Fright Nights.

  • You can pay using the following payment options: iDeal, credit card (Mastercard, Visa en American Express), PayPal, Bancontact, Giropay, Sofortüberweisung DE of Sofort Banking BE.

    • iDeal. With iDeal you pay in the familiar environment of your own bank, using your bank's own security measures. For more information, visit the site of iDeal.
    • Creditcard. With a Mastercard or Visa credit card you pay via a secured connection, that ensures the safety of transferred data across the internet.

  • Did you receive a unique code from one of our partners? Then you need to redeem your code for a ticket on date of your choice.

    Did you buy an undated ticket via one of our partners? Then follow the steps outlined in the above segment "I bought an undated ticket on your site. Can I enter the park with it?"

  • You can always buy tickets at the gate during the park's opening times. But the easiest way is to buy the tickets online in advance on this page.
    And did you know that it is always cheaper to buy tickets online than at the gate?

  • No, you cannot use a discount code for already discounted tickets.

  • Yes, you need to bring your undated ticket with you to the park on the date of your visit. The ticket contains a barcode that needs to be scanned at the gates and can be validated by our gate staff.

  • Try out the following options.

    • To open and print tickets purchased online, you need to have the free program Adobe Reader installed.
    • Are you using Google Chrome? Try opening the tickets in a different browser, like Firefox or Edge. Check that your pop-up blocker is disabled.
    • Read the confirmation e-mail for the needed steps.
    • Check that your printer is connected, switched on and has sufficient printing paper and ink available. Print out a test page, if you're unsure if your printer works properly.
    • Try restarting your computer.

    You can also scan the ticket from your mobile phone's screen in most cases.

  • The most important part of the ticket are the barcode and the barcode number. If these are readable, then you can use the printed ticket. Alternatively, ensure that the printed barcodes are not smudges and there is distinction between black and white bars. Print the ticket out a second time, if needed. If that still doesn't help, maybe try using a different printer.

    You can also scan the ticket from your mobile phone's screen in most cases.

  • No, unused tickets of a past season lose their validity and cannot be used during the current season. Expired tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for new tickets.

  • No, there is no refund or exchange option available for expired tickets.

  • No, there is no refund or exchange option available for the tickets purchased online.

  • Close your browser tab after each reservation and open a new tab. This way you'll be able to redeem all of your barcodes.

  • You can change the date on your dated tickets only under certain conditions. Mail your request to info@walibiholland.nl to learn the possibilities. The base price of changing the visit date on a dated ticket is a minimum of 5 euro per ticket.

  • If you yourself have no printer available, you can print the ticket elsewhere on any printer. You receive the ticket(s) as a digital PDF-file, which you can send by mail and print them elsewhere.

    You can also scan the ticket from your mobile phone's screen in most cases.

  • If your tickets didn't arrive in the mail, you can send a message to info@walibiholland.nl. Make sure to provide your name, phone number, what kind of tickets you bought, the date of your planned visit and a copy of your payment's receipt. 

  • Yes. Every online ticket gives access to the park for only one (1) person. All tickets bought online need to be validated at the gate.

  • The following rules apply for the season 2023.

    Children under 3 years old have free access. For children aged from 3 up to 6 years you need to buy a ticket for €21,25.

  • Each ticket purchased online contains a unique barcode, which is only valid once. After a barcode was scanned at the gate once, it becomes invalid and the copied tickets will not give you access to the park.

  • Check your order before paying. We do not offer any refunds if you ordered a wrong ticket or item.

  • Yes, the scanners by the gates also support scanning from mobile phone screens.

  • No, but handicapped people make use of our accessibility regulation.
    Keep in mind that the attendant of a handicapped person has to buy a regular entrance ticket to be able to enter the park.

  • No.

  • No, you cannot purchase digital tickets using these payment methods.

  • For these tickets you need to specify the date of your planned visit.

  • With your Walibi annual pass, you will receive 50% off on the standard adult ticket price at Parc Astérix, Bellewaerde, Walibi Belgium, Walibi Rhône-Alpes, Futuroscope, Chaplin’s World and Grévin. You will receive the discount at the register of the other parks when you present your valid Walibi pass.

  • Not a problem! Bring the confirmation e-mail you received after purchasing your pass and go to the group register. They will help you get into the park. You can have your pass printed at the Guest Service desk that same day. 

  • Yes, your annual pass gives you unlimited access to Walibi. Note that there is a limit to the number of times you can visit the park during the Halloween Fright Nights. With your standard pass, you can visit Halloween Fright Nights twice.

  • You can request a replacement of your season ticket for a fee of €7.50. Replacement season tickets can be requested and picked up at the Guest Service desk in Walibi Holland. Guest Service is located on Main Street, on your left upon entering the park.

  • Yes, all annual pass are sent via regular mail. Walibi Holland strives to send pass holders their season ticket within 14 calendar days after purchase.

  • No, that is no longer necessary. As an annual pass holder, you may visit the park whenever you want.

  • This annual pass grants you unlimited access to Halloween Fright Nights.

  • There is always a chance that a ride may malfunction, forcing us to (temporarily) close it down. We will do everything we can to reopen the ride as soon as possible.
    To know for sure that your favourite ride isn't closed on the day of your visit to Walibi Holland, you can download the Walibi app.

  • All rides - including the roller coasters - will remain open when it rains. Note that we may decide to close down rides for our guests’ safety in the event of heavy rain, a thunderstorm or strong gusts of wind. This situation is usually only temporary. Once the weather passes, all rides will reopen.

  • Not all rides are suitable for pregnant women. Consult the information on the signs in the park to check whether you can go on a specific ride.

  • No, social distancing has been abolished, so rides can be filled up to capacity once more.

  • Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, halal and lactose-free food is available in a number of restaurants in Walibi Holland. Brochures are available from Guest Service, listing all the catering establishments and the food they serve.

  • Yes, depending on how busy it is, restaurants will be open and there will be seating inside.

  • Walibi Holland has a limited sponsorship budget. You can submit your sponsorship request to marketing@walibiholland.nl. Please keep in mind that we cannot honour all requests. No correspondence can take place about the allocation of e.g. free tickets.

  • No, presently we don't use virtual queue. You can simply queue up for the ride you want to visit. If you'd rather skip waiting in the line, you can consider buying Fast Lane.
    It is still possible that Walibi may decide to enable virtual queue on some day. If that is the case, we will actively inform the park visitors about it.

  • With Fast lane you can reserve a place in your favourite ride without physically standing in a queue. You gain access to a ride via a special entrance. In short, you wait less to access your favourite ride faster!

  • To make use of the accessibility arrangement, you must report to the Guest Service desk on Main Street. Our employees can tell you more about this special arrangement. It is a virtual queue that saves you from having to stand in a physical queue. The online waiting time will be equal to the standard waiting time. Once the timer hits zero, you can use the Fast Lane entrance/exit to enter the ride. 

  • If you have a visible disability and can present a letter/declaration as proof at the Guest Service desk. You will then receive a red bracelet, that entitles you to make use of the accessibility arrangement. 
    If you have a form of autism or similar condition that prevents you from being able to wait in line and can present a letter/declaration as proof, you are also entitled to make use of the accessibility arrangement. 

  • While waiting in the virtual queue, you can use any of the other facilities that Walibi Holland has to offer.

  • You can exercise these rights in the following ways:
