Do you have a question about buying tickets online for Walibi Holland? On this page you will find the frequently asked questions and their answers!

How can I pay my order?

You can pay your order via iDeal, credit card (Mastercard, Visa), PayPal or a VVV Gift Card.

  • iDeal. With iDeal you pay in the familiar internet payment environment based on the security methods of your own bank. For more information about iDeal, please visit www.ideal.nl.
  • Credit card. With a credit card from MasterCard or VISA you pay via a secure connection. This ensures the security of data transfer.
  • VVV Gift Card. Pay now with your VVV Gift Card. Do you have any balance left? Then it just remains on your card. Do you have a balance shortfall? Then you can pay the remaining amount with iDeal or credit card. For more information, see www.vvvcadeaukaarten.nl.

I can't open or print my ticket, what now?

Check the following: to open and print the online tickets you need Adobe Reader. With the free program "Adobe Reader" you can open and print PDF documents. Do you use Google Chrome as a browser? Then try another internet browser, such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. Read your confirmation e-mail for all instructions. Make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled. Make sure the printer is plugged in, properly connected, turned on, and has paper. Check that the cartridges (black and white and colour) have ink and are working properly. If you are not sure if you have ink, print a test page (e.g. an e-mail or photo). Restart the computer if necessary.

When is my ticket valid?

The validity of your ticket is stated on the ticket.

Can I return or exchange the purchased tickets?

No, tickets purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I exchange or return expired tickets?

No, online tickets cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I get the online price at the checkout?

These prices are only available online at the time the order is placed. If there is a malfunction, the discount can also not be received at the checkout.

I didn't get my ticket. Now what?

If you have not received your tickets, please send an email to info@walibiholland.nl. In this mail you mention your name, phone number, the type of tickets, the date of your tickets and send a bank statement.

What if I made a mistake when placing an order?

Before you make your payment, make sure your order is correct. We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased online. Under no circumstances can the helpdesk issue a refund.

We're coming in a group, should we print the tickets?

Yes, each online ticket gives access only once and all online tickets need to be checked.

My tickets aren't clearly printed. Am I not coming into the park now?

The most important things on the online ticket are the barcode and the barcode number. If these are easy to read, you can use the online tickets. As a check you can see if the white space between the bars of the barcode is not closed. If this is the case, please reprint the online tickets. If reprinting did not solve the problem, you may be able to print the online tickets at your neighbours, friends, family or at work.

I don't have a printer, can I use an online ticket?

If you don't have a printer, you can print the online tickets elsewhere. You will receive a digital file (PDF) which you can send by e-mail. You can then print the online tickets elsewhere. You can also have your tickets scanned via your phone.

Can I combine my online ticket with discount coupons?

No, discount vouchers cannot be combined with an online ticket.

Do I have to buy a ticket for a 0-5 year old child?

For season 2020 the entrance is free for children up to 2 years old. Children from 3 to 5 years pay €17.50 in low season and €18.50 in high season.

Do you get a discount if you are pregnant or disabled?

No, you don't get a discount if you're pregnant or disabled.

Can the accompanying person of a disabled person enter free of charge?

No, this isn't possible. A person accompanying a disabled person must buy a regular ticket to enter the park.

Can I change the date of my online ticket due to the weather?

No, this isn't possible.

Can I pay with VVV vouchers?

No, it is not possible to buy tickets with a tourist voucher. However, you can pay online with the VVV gift card. Fill in the code during checkout and pay your order with your VVV gift card. Is the balance of your card higher than the amount to be paid? Then the remaining amount will simply remain on your card. Do you have too little balance? Then you can pay the remaining amount with iDeal or credit card (see also www.vvvcadeaukaarten.nl).
